Stay Overview

Check-In (3pm)

PARKING: Upon arrival to the complex, you will need to pay Security for the parking pass ($35 per stay - one vehicle) at the Guard Shack. Soon after passing the guard shack, you will see the elevator on your right (the walls around it are blue). This will be the closest elevator to our unit, so park anywhere that's convenient.

UNIT ACCESS: Once you take the elevator to the third floor, turn left. After you go through the double doors, turn right. Unit 375 will be the third condo on your left. To access the unit, wake up the keypad by touching the keypad just above the door handle. Once the numbers are lit, enter your code followed by the # key to unlock the door. If you accidentally enter the wrong code, just press the # key to start over. 

 

Getting Cozy

WIFI: HC Sugar Beach

THERMOSTAT: To choose between heat and cool tap either the snowflake  or the flame  (whichever is showing), then choose between heat or cool. To set your preferred temperature, tap the temperature shown on the screen, then use the arrows to find your preferred temperature. It will then give you the option of setting that temperature for a couple of hours or until you change it. Choosing "until I change it" will keep it at the preferred temperature that you've chosen. 

TVs: The downstairs TV is an Amazon Fire Smart TV. When you turn it on, you will see the Amazon TV Home Screen. From this screen, you can choose from numerous apps that will let you log into your subscriptions. These apps are highlighted below in the red box. Feel free to download any free app that is available if you'd like to use one that you do not see.

This TV is also equipped with a DVD Player and Roku device. To alternate between these other options, choose the 'input' option circled below in green and choose which one you prefer. Both the Roku device and the DVD Player have a separate remote you must use. The Roku device will initially prompt you for your checkout date. This will automatically log you out of any subscriptions you have logged into at the end of your stay. 

The bedroom TV is a Roku. When you first turn it on, it will prompt you for your check-out date. This will automatically log you out of any of your subscriptions when your stay is over.

LIVING ROOM FAN: The fan/light is controlled by a remote that should be near the TV remotes. The first light switch in the kitchen must be switched ON for the fan and light to work. This light switch also controls the plug for the lamps by the couch and the plugs in the end tables.

TIDYING UP: There is a vacuum in the upstairs closet. There is a broom and dustpan in the closet between kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Please note: the door knob on the broom closet doesn't turn - just pull to open the door.
